There are five concept of learning that are critical for teachers to recognize in order to become successful educators.

Constructivism
 Student construct new material in their minds. New information  has to be fitted into  preexisting knowledge.
Metacognition
      Students understand,
      control and monitor
      how they learn.


Scaffolding
	Teachers using numerous 
	methods help their students
	acquire metacognitve control.

Roles of Expert Performance
	Students are expected to have
	tough goals but the learning is
	easily attained as well as
	 challenging.
