Air-Talent/Broadcasting

·     Currently host the afternoon (3pm-7pm) show on a classic rock radio station.

·     Host a Friday night show geared towards a younger demo of 18 to 25.

·     Produced and edited major radio productions.

 

 

Management/Supervision

·     Directed recruitment and retention of supervisors and staff of 150 cadets in JROTC.

·     Trained, supervised and evaluated staff, coached improvement management skills at the radio station at which I worked.

·     Managed and developed over 200 cadets (JROTC) into goal-oriented, cohesive group.

·     Successfully refined and implemented new projects in the field of broadcasting.

·     Trained martial artists to a point of excellence in preparing for the Black Belt exam.
