Advantages of Joining an NAU Organization
Anywhere you go it is a good idea to get involved and start to meet new people. Upon arriving at NAU as a freshman I found that joining the extreme sports club gave me access to more than just fun. By joining the club I have been able to meet people from all around the world. In this club we travel around or stay local and go rock climbing, biking or snowboarding. This allows me to fully enjoy the outdoor life Arizona has to offer.
I strongly suggest anyone to join some type of club. Get involved with your peers and experience new things. I have made so many new friends because of this club. There are so many type of organizations offered right here on campus. Some include art, hiking, biking, traveling and so on. We live in a state that can offer us the best of both worlds all year round so get out there and experience them yourself!
